House Rules

By booking with ZYZ Homes, guests agree to comply with the following rules:

No music is allowed on terraces (including from mobile phones or speakers of any size). A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.

No excessive noise at any time. A USD 250 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Pets are not allowed. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.

Late check-out without prior authorization from the company is strictly prohibited. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.
