1. Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total stay amount is required. The reservation will not be considered valid until this payment has been made.
2. Cancellation Policy
The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
3. House Rules
ZYZ Homes is a place for rest, designed for families and couples. By booking with ZYZ Homes, guests agree to comply with the following rules:
No music is allowed on terraces (including from phones or speakers of any size). A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.
No excessive noise at any time. A USD 250 fine will apply for non-compliance.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.
Pets are not allowed. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.
Late check-out without prior authorization from the company is prohibited. A USD 150 fine will apply for non-compliance.
4. Check-in
From 4:00 PM onwards.
5. Check-out
No later than 12:00 PM.
6. Visitors
Visitors are not allowed.
7. Cleaning Service
The accommodation price includes only one cleaning service at the end of the stay. Daily housekeeping is not included. Weekly cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee.
8. Linens and Towels
The reservation includes bed linens and towels according to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. No replacements are provided during the stay.
9. Toiletries
The reservation does not include replenishment of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid).
10. Food and Supplies
The reservation does not include food, bottled water, coffee, sugar, or similar items.
11. Security Deposit
A security deposit of CLP 200,000 must be transferred the day prior to check-in. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is returned without damage.
12. Online Check-in
Prior to arrival, guests must complete an online check-in form. This will require the names and passport/ID numbers of all guests, as well as a photo of the passport/ID of the main guest (the person who made the reservation).
13. Local Tax Regulations
In accordance with Chilean tax law, all Chilean citizens (and foreign residents in Chile) must pay an additional 19% VAT. To be exempt from this tax, foreign guests must pay for their stay in USD and present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Guests who pay in local currency will not be exempt from this tax. In case of no-show, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include the applicable VAT.
