• The cleaning fee covers only the final cleaning at the end of your stay and does not include maid service. Additional cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge.
• The reservation includes sheets and towels according to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Sheets and towels are not changed during your stay.
• The reservation does not include the replenishment of toiletries (toilet paper, soap, dish soap).
• The reservation does not include food, bottled water, coffee, sugar, etc.
• Prior to arrival, you must complete an online check-in. This will require a copy of your ID, a copy of your tourist card (PDI), and your personal information.
